Frequently asked questions
You can postpone until 1 hour before the lesson starts. Regular postponement is available once a week, Sunday to Saturday. For an emergency, enter a reason; there is no limit on the number of emergency postponements. The change takes effect immediately, within your package validity.

Kids Group Class
English that grows alongside friends
Classes for children under 15 run separately. A specialist kids teacher leads, and up to six children the same age join, which makes English feel natural.

Each lesson uses one Single Lesson ticket, and you can cancel up to 1 hour before it starts. There's no limit on how many you request.

Send a request
Post a request with the time you want and anything you would like covered. The earliest slot is 2 hours from now.

Teachers apply
Teachers who see your request apply up to 1 hour before the lesson. Some may propose a different time, so we show your requested time and their proposal separately.

Choose your teacher
Look through the profiles of the teachers who applied and pick one yourself. The moment you choose, the lesson is confirmed and one lesson ticket is used. If you do not choose, an eligible teacher for your requested time can be matched automatically. Matching must be confirmed at least 1 hour before the lesson.

Confirmed and taught
The lesson runs at the confirmed time. Afterwards, attendance and a feedback comment are recorded.
