Choose from the teachers who apply, or let us find one for you.
Lesson confirmed
The ticket is used once the lesson is set, and returned if no teacher is found.
· Ticket validity: 365 days for purchased tickets, 90 days for gifted tickets (expiry is calculated in your local time)
· You can buy up to 50 tickets at once, and 10 or more takes 10% off your payment.

Listen to your lesson again
Lessons held on the Plazma English video tool are recorded automatically, so you can listen again any time. (Not available for lessons on outside platforms or audio-only lessons.)
Postpone as often as you need
You can reschedule up to 4 hours before the lesson, with no limit on how many times.

PAYMENT
Clear from payment to refund
Payment methods
· We accept credit and debit cards, and e-wallets.
· Lesson package codes bought through outside channels are registered in the portal.
Auto-renewal
· Auto-renewal is optional. You are charged in blocks of 12 lessons only if you turn it on.
· When 2 lessons are left, the next 12 are bought automatically, and you can cancel at any time.
Validity · extension
· Lesson package validity: 1 year from the date of purchase (unused lessons expire after that).
· You can request an extension up to 7 days after your last lesson.
· Ticket validity: 365 days if purchased, 90 days if gifted.
· Periods and expiry dates are calculated in your local time.
Refunds
· Refunds are requested per payment and handled under our refund policy.
