How to book a Single Lesson

Write the topic and time you want. One ticket is held for now.
Pick your teacher
Choose from the teachers who apply, or let us find one for you.
Lesson confirmed
The ticket is used once the lesson is set, and returned if no teacher is found.
· Ticket validity: 365 days for purchased tickets, 90 days for gifted tickets (expiry is calculated in your local time)
· You can buy up to 50 tickets at once, and 10 or more takes 10% off your payment.

Listen to your lesson again
Lessons in the Plazma English classroom are audio-recorded for review, including lessons with the camera off. Lessons on outside platforms are excluded.
Postpone when plans change
Postpone until 1 hour before class. Regular postponement is available once a week; emergency postponement requires a reason and has no frequency limit.

PAYMENT
Clear from payment to refund
Payment methods
· We accept credit and debit cards, and e-wallets.
· Lesson package codes bought through outside channels are registered in the portal.
Validity · extension
· Lesson package validity: 1 year from the date of purchase (unused lessons expire after that).
· You can request an extension up to 7 days after your last lesson.
· Ticket validity: 365 days if purchased, 90 days if gifted.
· Periods and expiry dates are calculated in your local time.
Refunds
· Refunds are requested per payment and handled under our refund policy.
